Health professionals monitor your blood pressure, heart rate and rhythm via telemetry and potential adverse symptoms to identify problems before they become dangerous. During your rehabilitation program, our staff stays in close communication with your primary physician and the cardiac rehabilitation medical director.
The Cardiac Rehabilitation program can last up to 36 sessions and includes safe, personalized and supervised exercise. We address not only the symptoms of heart disease, but also the root causes.Ultimately, our objectives are to prevent or delay future hospital visits and improve your holistic well-being.

To participate in the Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Program and to qualify for insurance coverage, you must be referred by your doctor. Once you have completed the outpatient monitored program, we encourage you to continue in our maintenance program, Phase III, which continues to offer supervised exercise.
