Services we offer
Our surgical weight-loss procedures include:
- Gastric bypass surgery
- Gastric sleeve surgery
Weight-loss surgery isn’t an easy fix. The long-term success of your surgery requires a lifetime commitment to better health. That’s why we also provide education, support and care before and after your procedure to support you on a path to success.
Am I a candidate?
There are certain factors that can help identify whether weight-loss surgery is right for you. These include, but are not limited to:
- Age 18-64
- Females with a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 35 or greater, with a weight-related health condition (or) with a BMI of 40-60
- Males with a BMI of 35 or greater, with a weight-related health condition (or) with a BMI of 40-55
If you exceed the maximum BMI requirement, we have options to help you achieve a healthier weight for surgery in the future.
While many of these topics are covered in our free educational seminar, it can be valuable to call our staff ahead of time to ensure you are a good fit for surgery.
Finally, insurance coverage varies widely between carriers. Our staff can work with you to evaluate your insurance coverage once you attend the free educational seminar and complete the weight-loss surgery application form.
