2018 Heart Expo

Join us for the annual Missoula, Montana Heart Expo at Providence St. Patrick Hospital.

Presented by the International Heart Institute

Health Screening Exams 7-11 a.m. | Lectures begin at 8 a.m.

The International Heart Institute of Montana cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, imaging specialists, nurses and researchers will provide demonstrations, education and information in a series of lectures on the latest advances in treating heart disease. You can learn about new medical therapies, procedures, treatments and research being conducted at the Heart Institute. This is an excellent way to meet the providers at the Heart Institute.

Screening exams available

From 7-11 a.m., participants can receive these important tests for a minimal charge (cash or check only):

  • Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) test: $10
  • Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) test: $10
  • Blood screen (lipids and glucose) test: $5

For the most accurate results, do not eat or drink anything 12 hours before the test (you may take medications as normal and drink water).

Refreshments will be available. In addition, there will be displays and information booths on the many ways to stay Heart Healthy.

This event brings in more than 1,000 people each year who want to learn more about their heart health and talk to the most exceptional health care physicians and other health care providers in Western Montana.
