Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Dr. Reid squeezed us into her very busy, booked schedule to see us for an unexpected event that occurred during our pregnancy. Her compassion and attention to our situation made us feel less anxious. We appreciate Dr. Reid more than she will ever know.

Dr. Sherry Reid has been a brilliant, thorough, and easy to communicate with physician in all the time I've been under her care. I shall miss her as she moves on.

No need for referrals for specialty care, though I think that would not be an issue, if needed.

I found Dr. Reid to be knowledgeable, professional & attentive & very forthright. I waited 6 months to see HER in particular & I WASN'T disappointed. I didn't feel rushed or feel she was eager to label me with a medical condition without all the facts.
