Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I found Dr. Reid to be knowledgeable, professional & attentive & very forthright. I waited 6 months to see HER in particular & I WASN'T disappointed. I didn't feel rushed or feel she was eager to label me with a medical condition without all the facts.

Dr. Reich was well informed and was easy to talk with. She explained epilepsy to me.

The receptionist called to set up appointment as soon as received referral. My appointment was canceled and changed by the office twice. First time the day of the appointment, the receptionist told me she knew a week prior that the appointment needed changed. The second time the appointment needed changed because dr had flight issues. Very inconvenient for me as the patient I live out of town and don't get in to often. When I do I have a full schedule. I had other appointments scheduled both times.

I waited 5 months to see Dr. Reid, just to be told to be referred to a larger facility/hospital out of state. Plus knew very little of my medical condition. I think I wasted my time.

I wish Dr. Reid could see me every time I need an appt., rather than mostly seeing the P.A. (of whom I have no complaints).

I was very satisfied with my visit with Dr. Reid. However, I had scheduled an appointment for March that was canceled the week before because she was going to be out of the office. When I called to reschedule, the receptionist told me she would try to get me in soon and would call back, which she didn't. Eventually I received a letter saying I had failed to show up for my appointment so I called and explained that it had been canceled and I hadn't heard back regarding another appointment. Again I was told they would try to fit me in and I never heard back. [...]

I appreciate that she was working with medical student during my visit. I also appreciate her sense f humor and that she listened to my great anxiety regarding my condition and reassured me at the end
