My doctor offered really helpful insight on problems I hadn't noticed. She suggested easy solutions to fix my routine and issues. The staff member who did my blood work was very kind and reassuring when I told her that I was afraid of needles going into my veins. This trip helped alot.

first time seeing Nicole Pfifer (sp?). she was excellent. I needed a [...] procedure, and she was the first one who ever did it with [...], and it made such a difference. so much less discomfort. thank Nicole for her thoughtfulness. also, she was very easy to talk to, and explained things well.

gave more referrals then helping with my problems then ignored one of my reasons for visiting- migraines that are so bad I can't stop vomiting. for hours telling me there wasn't time and to just check in later with someone else. didn't actually help just referred

Very much liked her, but only strange thing I thought was that I asked about my knees and said sister had [...] and she gave me a referral for physical therapy, but did not examine my knees at all... Thought that was strange. If it turned out to be arthritis or something, then I doubt PT would be helpful...

I love going to Providence. I especially like the ease of using My Chart to keep track of my care, messages, instructions, appointments, test results, etc.

The persistent issue I have been dealing with is allergy related which I figured out on my own after 2 separate appointments. I am also still struggling with a few things but don't feel like coming in to see anyone will solve or help the problems.

Thanks for the great visit. She did an excellent job! The only piece of "constructive feedback" I would suggest is that she introduce herself when she comes into the room. I still actually don't know if she was a nurse, a doctor, etc. She was very helpful though and addressed all my concerns thoroughly.

Provider spoke to me like I was a small child. She was disrespectful and not helpful. She did not listen AT to what I kept trying to tell her. [...] I have already recommended against Grant Creek due to her incompetent rude behavior.

Came for a reference, got a pamphlet of information about [...]. This was not the issue I came for. No discussion before making recommendations about things that are already part of my routine and not working. I'm sure she was trying to be helpful, but I didn't come to talk about that issue and it seemed like that's all she cared about, I definitely didn't need a Dr. To give me that info, and it made me feel pretty awkward and unable to discuss my situation.

This is not my regular provider because we can NEVER get into our doctor ever! This provider did not properly diagnose my children.

The last time I saw her I had 3 complicated health problems to discuss. Two of them were addressed but not treated. The third I was not given a chance to mention. [...] I left that last appointment empty handed. I did not get any of the conditions I had treated.
