Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

don't return phone calls for appointments. don't call when you are waiting foe work comp referral. The worst part of all is they don't take responsibility for anything they have done wrong. They find an excuse for everything instead o finding a solution to fix the problem. plus the chatting among each other is loud and you can here everything they are saying [...]

Pleasant, courteous, informative.

[...] She is very thorough and caring. Receptionist at this location is very rude, always complaining about workload and co-workers. [...]

my visit was very pleasnt

the wait to is way to long, the receptionist and doctor are rude

it was extremely difficult getting an appointment [...]. due to cancellations and me being given incorrect times it took me four scheduling events to actually get an appointment. [...]

when I made the apptmt I was told my time was 2 pm I arrived a few minutes before. [...] At 2:30 I asked the receptionist when was my turn. She looked and then informed me my appointment was at 2:30 . So I sat for another 15 minutes. I went to the the back examination room. The nurse did some tests and said that the doctor would be in. I sat for about 20 minutes. She came in and then had me fill out a medical questionnaire,so she left and came back about 20 minutes. [...] was there for over 2hours. [...]

I had a super short follow up appointment where the staff even said it was point less. I had a very hard time fining a time to work with my schedule. when I did go I waited Inot the reception for 10mins and thenot waited another 20 mins alone in the examination room because they forgot about me. I had an appointment that I missed because this stupid "short" follow up appointment.
