At St. Patrick Hospital, it is important to us that we take care of the people who graciously create a caring environment for our patients every day. Because of this, you’ll find that we provide some unique and personal benefits. Benefits may differ by full-time, part-time, or per-diem status. The following links are benefit presentations for you to review before your first day.
- If you were hired into a .5 FTE (20 hours per week) or greater position please watch all presentations. Please note you must enroll or waive benefits within 31 days of your hire date or status change date. If you do not enroll or waive your benefit options, you will default into the employee-only level of the Health Reimbursement Medical plan and Dental 1500 plan.
- If you were hired at less than a .5 FTE you ONLY need to watch the 2nd and 3rd presentations, "Benefits Part 2" and "Benefits Part 3" below.
- If you were hired as a PDR/OnCall employee, 0 FTE, you ONLY need to watch the 5th presentation, "Benefits Part 2" below.
